Evolved’s Radiology and Cardiology Transcription Services give you the power and flexibility of having your own dedicated transcription team without incurring the expense of additional headcount and overhead. Evolved’s experienced Transcriptionists offer high-quality, individualized medical reports modeled to meet your facility’s specific needs.

High Availability
Evolved’s team is available weekdays from 4:30 AM to 1:30 AM, and weekends from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM Central Time, including holidays.

Fast, Accurate Reports
Evolved’s transcription team’s turn-around times exceed normal industry standards. While a 6 hour turn-around time is guaranteed for business days, our average is 3 hours or less. Reports dictated evenings, weekends, and holidays will be transcribed by no later than 8:00 AM the following business day. STAT or priority reports are delivered within minutes of the request.

Controlled Quality through Personalized Service
Evolved assigns a dedicated team of medical transcriptionists to your facility. Your transcription team and team manager will work with you to customize your specific set of technical and report guidelines to fit your needs. Evolved’s transcriptionists are dedicated to following your guidelines and medical protocols to maintain a stringent 98% minimum accuracy standard.

Competitive Pricing
Evolved offers competitive per-line pricing for your reports. You pay no additional fees for STAT, difficult, or lengthy reports. Individualized Reports Your report structure is customized to fit your specifications, using your facility’s information, layout, and logo. Each facility and/or Radiologist can define their own standard set of “Normal” reports.

Optional Extended Coverage
Evolved is also excited to offer extended coverage to meet those hard to cover or unexpected scheduling needs. Through this program, Evolved’s transcription experts will cover your planned vacations, weekends, nights, and/or holidays. Additionally, Evolved’s team is available to supplement your own transcription staff by covering your after hour and weekend priority or STAT reports.
