Data Verification

The importance of data quality and integrity in today’s high-tech society helped drive Evolved’s focus during the development of their Data Verification system. This solution is designed to ensure consistency among all of your digital imaging systems. Evolved’s ability to integrate with virtually all imaging devices enables the required access to relevant datasets. A dataset includes all the image, text, and audio files associated with a patient study. Once a dataset is accessible the Data Verification system compares the external contents of the dataset to that of other integrated systems. Since the data being validated is contained in the external coding, private patient data is never accessed or exposed in this process.

Data Verification is a redundant process that occurs once the image leaves the device for archival at the Evolved Data Center, and then again after transmission. If during the second phase of verification any inconsistencies are found, the affected datasets are locked for security. (These datasets can be unlocked if needed.) Later that evening, the Evolved team manually connects to the dataset source and retrieves the dataset and verifies its transmission to Evolved’s Data Center.

Once your data is received in the Evolved Data Center, it is protected with round-the-clock monitored video surveillance, dual power and communication feeds, a fire suppression system, a backup generator, and failsafe environmental security.
