Evolved Management

Bill D. Greer, CPA
President and CEO

Bill was elected President and Chief Executive officer in September 2006. Since joining Evolved in 2004 as Controller, Bill has held several senior executive positions with the company including Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. As President and CEO Bill has the responsibility of establishing and maintaining the strategic direction and functional operation of the business. This includes ensuring the success of all areas of the company; including: finance, sales, marketing, product development, client services and information technology.

Bill brings over a decade of expertise in financial services at the executive level to his position at Evolved. Prior to joining Evolved, he was Director of Accounting and Finance at CNA's Investment Products Unit, where he managed $600 million in assets, including daily trading functions. In this role, he directed all aspects of accounting, reporting and financial management for five insurance product lines. Previously he served in several leadership positions within the financial services industry.

Bill is an alumnus of the University of Tennessee and a Certified Public Accountant.

Linda Willis
Vice President and Controller

As Evolved’s Vice President and Controller, Linda has overall responsibility for the company’s finance functions including corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury services, financial reporting, corporate tax, financial regulation and external auditor relationships.

Prior to joining Evolved in 2004 as Director of Accounting, Linda spent 8 years at CNA Insurance Companies with positions in the areas of Internal Audit and Corporate Treasury, and as a Business Unit Controller. Previously, during her 6 years at KPMG, she performed audit and accounting services for public and private companies in the financial services industry.

Linda is a graduate of Rider University and a Certified Public Accountant.
